All shipping will include delivery confirmation and have an option to choose insurance. After placing an order on our website, please allow us to verify that the correct shipping amounts were charged. If the shipping amounts are wrong, we will re-bill you for the correct amount. Shipping Times No order is processed or filled until payment clears. Credit cards take two business days to clear. Depending on size of printing order, your order could take up to 2 weeks for production/ship time. Normally please allow 1 to 1-1/2 weeks for the delivery of your items. The office is closed on weekends, so any orders placed over the weekend will be dealt with on Mondays. Office hours are Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm EST. **Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses can take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Returns We do not accept returns.
